Emotional Evolution Course

Course Description:
The Emotional Evolution program is a 12-week journey focused on developing emotional intelligence, building stronger relationships, and cultivating a resilient mindset. Participants will engage in activities and discussions that enhance their ability to understand and manage their emotions, improve communication, and build meaningful connections.


Weekly Breakdown:

  • Week 1: Introduction to Emotional Intelligence
    Activity: Emotional intelligence self-assessment.
    Post: Reflect on your EI assessment results and areas for growth.
    Didactical Skill: Self-awareness and emotional regulation.
  • Week 2: Emotional Awareness and Regulation
